Cousins, of Bensalem, was at the Quakerwoods Campground at 2225 Rosedale Road when a tree fell on her camper late on Saturday, April 20, officials said. Her cause of death was blunt head and torso injuries and the manner was accidental, said Coroner Patricia Campi.

State police said a man was also thrown from the camper on impact and survived with minor injuries. Milford Township Fire Department assisted troopers at the scene.

"The Bucks County Coroner’s Office has notified the next of kin and offers their family and friends sincerest condolences," the Coroner added.
